At Élégance du Luxe, every shipment is treated with the same care and discretion as the piece inside. We ship exclusively via fully insured express courier services to ensure your investment arrives safely and on time — anywhere in the world.

Shipping Destinations

We ship worldwide. All orders are dispatched from our fulfillment hub in Haar bei München, Germany, within the European Union.

  • UPS Express

Every shipment includes full tracking, signature upon delivery, and is insured for the full declared value of the item.

Delivery Times

All delivery times are estimated from the date of full payment confirmation:

  • Germany: 1–3 business days
  • Europe (EU): 2–4 business days
  • United Kingdom, Switzerland: 2–5 business days
  • United States, Canada: 3–6 business days
  • Middle East (UAE, Kuwait, Saudi Arabia): 3–5 business days
  • Asia (Singapore, Hong Kong): 3–6 business days
  • Rest of the world: 4–7 business days

Shipping Costs

Complimentary express shipping on all orders — worldwide.
No minimum order value. No hidden fees.

Order Processing

Orders are processed Monday to Friday. Orders confirmed with payment before 12:00 CET are typically dispatched the same day. Orders confirmed after 12:00 CET or on weekends are dispatched the next business day.

Packaging

All items are carefully wrapped and packed in premium, discreet packaging. Original dust bags, authenticity cards, and accompanying documentation are included where available and as described in each product listing.

Customs & Import Duties

All items ship from within the European Union. For deliveries within the EU, no customs duties apply.

For international shipments (UK, USA, Middle East, Asia), customs duties and import taxes may apply depending on the destination country. These charges are the sole responsibility of the buyer. We recommend checking with your local customs authority before placing an order.
